If you want to use Drive-in without the demo limitations, you can purchase a license for Drive-in at any time.
You can purchase a multi-seat license so that you can create DVD images and share them by copying them on up to five computers with friends, family, or co-workers, for example. You can also purchase a single-seat license; you can also upgrade a single-seat license to a multi-seat license at any time.
For flexibility, you can enter and use up to three licenses at the same time in Drive-in. This is handy if you have purchased two or more single-seat licenses, you have both a single-seat and multi-seat license, or you need more than one multi-seat license, so you can share DVD images among other computers (five computers per multi-seat license).
You can also enter and use beta licenses or you can re-image the DVDs that you created DVD images with during Drive-in’s beta period.
You can purchase a license (or purchase additional licenses) for Drive-in several ways:
Note You should only upgrade licenses directly in Drive-in, because the DVD password must be transferred to the new license.
When you purchase a license directly in Drive-in, the secure Flip4Mac Web store automatically enters the serial number and DVD password and activates the license. If you purchase by any other method, you must manually enter the serial number and DVD password of the license (Adding a License) and click Activate to validate and activate the license.
You can also manually enter a single-seat license or multi-seat license in other computers and activate them.
If activation fails, Drive-in displays the following error:
If Drive-in displays this error, go to Drive-in Displays Activation Error Message to resolve the problem.
