Maintenance and Support Agreements
Maintenance and Support is required for Episode Engine purchases (included in the price) and offered as an option for Episode and Episode Pro. A current Maintenance and Support Agreement provides you with:

  • Unlimited phone support during regular business hours 8am-5pm PST USA. Initial four (4) hour response time for Engine and eight (8) hour response time for Episode and Episode Pro
  • No charge for product upgrades and updates during the maintenance period
  • Access to online documentation
