If you’re an existing Wirecast user, Wirecast 10 will include the destination to stream to Microsoft Stream.

With your subscription of Wirecast S, we offer basic email support with our support team, available Monday -Friday, 8 am -5 pm PST. Our case submission response time is within 24 business hours.

Looking for more? You can upgrade your support level to our Premium Support service to an 8-business hour turnaround time, phone support, and remote services. Premium Support is available for $10/ monthly for the 3-month subscription ($30 total) or 12-month subscription ($120 total).

You can manage your subscription by logging into your MyAccount portal to update your payment information or cancel your subscription. You can stop the payments simply by logging in, then go to "My Products" area, and click "Stop automatic license renewal" beneath each product that has this option enabled.

You can reset your license by visiting our "License Reset Tool" where you have 24/7 access.

To look up your order history, the status of your order, and transaction details, please use the 2Checkout order lookup portal or contact our ecommerce partner via email: support@2checkout.com.

Our software End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) states that you may only have your license activated on one (1) computer at a time.

You can reset your license by:

  • Deactivating the license on the original machine and install and activate the license on your second system.
  • Use our new "License Reset Tool" where you have 24/7 access to reset your own license key.

To activate your single license on a second computer, you must first deactivate the license on the original machine and install and activate the license on your second system. If you need to install the software on multiple computers, please consider buying additional licenses.

  • To deactivate on Mac: Wirecast > Preferences > Licenses > click "Deactivate" > Enter your computer Admin Password and the software will release the activation so you can activate onto your second computer.
  • To deactivate on Windows: File > Preferences > Licenses > click "Deactivate" > Enter your computer Admin Password and the software will release the activation so you can activate onto your second computer.

You can run your desktop product on one (1) computer at a time, per our software End User Licensing Agreement (EULA). If you have purchased multiple quantities of the product, you are authorized to install the software on that number of computers.

Due to the 30-day unwatermarked trial period, subscriptions for Wirecast S will not qualify for refunds. If you’d like to stop any future renewals, simply log into MyAccount portal to disable
