Subject: Preflight Error

I am unable to install this product. After I agree to the terms it starts and then stops with a alarm. "Install Failed run preflight script for Flip4Mac WMV. Contact software manufacturer for assistance."

There is an easy fix for this problem:

   1. Go to: HD > Library > QuickTime> and trash any file that show Popwire as part of its name 
                        (There should be one import component and one export component).
   2. Do a Spotlight Search for Popwire and trash any other files you find.  Empty Trash.
   3. Go to: HD > Applications > Utilities > Disc Utility, and run "repair disc permissions"

You should now be able to install Flip4Mac.
