What are the System Requirements for Launch?

• Intel or Power PC
• Mac OS X version 10.3.9, 10.4 or greater
• QuickTime version 6.5.1, 7.0 or greater

How do I install Launch?

Verify that your Mac has OS X 10.3.9 or greater. Run the Launch Installer DMG file to download Launch and its components to your Mac. When the download is complete, run the Launch installer and follow the on screen instructions (See Chapter 2 in the Launch User Guide).

How do I activate Launch?

After you have installed Launch, locate the serial number received via email, or printed in the Launch CD-ROM package to activate Launch and its components. Active your software by following these steps:

• Make sure your system is connected to the Internet.
• Run Launch and select Help -> Product Registration.
• Enter your name and then enter the serial number exactly as provided.
• The OK button changes to Activate when a valid activation serial number is entered.

Click Activate to complete the activation process.

Note for Mac users:
By activating Launch, the WMV Importer and WMV Exporter are also activated. These components are no longer subject to trial mode restrictions.

While attempting to register Launch, the following error appears: "ERROR: eSellerate engine not loaded (-2004)"

Search the entire Mac volume (not just under users) for the following files, and delete ANY/ALL occurrences that you find:

EWSMac.framework
EWSMacCompress.tar.gz

Next, install the newest framework installer, which is available at http://www.esellerate.net/esellerate_update.asp

Then try the registration again and see if that doesn't solve the problem.

How do I uninstall Launch?

Open the Applications folder on the boot drive. Locate the Launch application and drag it to the trash. To uninstall the Launch installer, open the Library > Receipts folder on the boot drive. Locate the Launch.pkg file and drag it into the trash.

How do I install Launch?

Unzip the contents of the Launch Installer zip file. Run the STARTUP.EXE file to install Launch and its components. Follow the on screen instructions (see Chapter 2 in the Launch User Guide).

How do I activate Launch?
