Live video production creates a need for immediate results. If your Wirecast Gear system experiences a hardware failure, we'll ease the stress by overnighting a new or refurbished unit that becomes yours going forward.

Software Upgrades*

Keep your software up to date. GearCare support members holding a Wirecast 8 license will get Wirecast upgrades for free*. Software upgrades are major releases and include new features, enhancements.

*Wirecast Gear customers holding a Wirecast 7 license will get a 25% discount off the regular upgrade price to Wirecast 8 . Please contact our Sales team if you need help with your upgrade.

Here's what you'll get

3 years of service

Wirecast GearCare is a powerful upgrade that extends Warranty and Support on a Wirecast Gear system to three years. GearCare will take effect from the date of your Wirecast Gear purchase. You will have immediate access to the advanced replacement and to our support team for the next 3 years.

Remote Access Services

As a GearCare support member, you will be eligible for Remote Access Services (RAS)—a fast and secure method of allowing a support technician to access your computer, identify the issue and resolve it quickly.

Response Times

We will do our best to respond to your request within 8 business hours (sooner if we can). Our hours are from Monday through Friday, between 8:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding holidays.
