Configuring Clips in your Screencast

There are several operations you can perform on visual clips you’ve added.

You can quickly and easily arrange them spatially on the canvas, and you can crop, resize, and rotate them.

Click on a clip to select it. ScreenFlow highlights the clip both in the canvas and the timeline.

Scaling a Clip

To scale a clip, select any resize handle and drag your mouse. Hold the Shift key while scaling to preserve the aspect ratio.

Cropping a Clip

To crop a clip, press and hold the Control key and drag any resize handle inward. Hold the Shift key while scaling to preserve the aspect ratio.

Rotating a Clip

Click and drag the center handle of the clip and rotate it.
