Add Additional Recording (Shift-Command-R)

To add a recording to your document, you may simply create a new recording, in which case you receive notification (as illustrated above) or you may choose Add Additional Recording. This may be selected from the File menu or the Media Library.

The Add Additional Recording dialog has options similar to theConfiguring ScreenFlow Helper Recording Options window.

The differences are the option to deselect desktop recording and close ScreenFlow before recording.
