Product Marketing Manager - Real-time Streaming, Webcasting:
This candidate will be responsible for the product management of hardware and software products that provide solutions for the real-time streaming and webcasting markets. This includes:

• Feature definition and prioritization
• Competitive analysis and positioning
• Pricing
• Ability to forge strong relationships with engineering, sales and marketing team
• Proven experience in new product introduction of technical products to multi-tiered distribution channels

Five or more years experience in technical product management at a media product company. Demonstrated experience in successfully defining product roadmaps and specifications as well as effectively managing existing product lines and monitoring competitive activity and market trends a must.  A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field is required. Technical background  highly preferred.

Windows Applications Engineer:
We are looking for software engineers that are experienced in application development with MFC, Windows forms, WPF, .NET, C#. Experience with multi-media based applications, DirectShow and/or DirectX is a plus. Must have experience with full product lifecycle from product design through product release. Knowledge of video technology a strong plus! Position requires a BS in a related field as well as 2 to 5 years relevant experience. Technical Customer Support Technician:
We have an open position for a Technical Customer Support Technician. Our Support Technicians are relied on as the first point of contact for customers in need of technical support primarily via telephone and email. You will consistently provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to our customers while maintaining effective communication.

The ideal candidate has very strong computer skills, a willing and helpful attitude, and the motivation to follow ALL tasks through to completion. Experience with Windows O/S and/or Mac OSX a must! Please apply if you are experienced with XSAN administration, General Apple OSX Networking, RAID, Fibre Networks, and the Unix and Linux environments. Proficiency with Windows Networking and MS SQL is also expected. Three years relevant technical support experience required. Experience with digital video technology is a huge plus!
