Telestream Announces Scheduled Support Offerings for Workgroup and Enterprise Products |

In an effort to improve and extend our customer support offerings beyond normal 6:00AM to 6:00PM PST services, Telestream now offers scheduled customer support services for customers with current maintenance agreements. This offering is for our server-based Workgroup and Enterprise software products (primarily FlipFactory and MAP). |

These offerings are delivered via the Web and phone only. |

Scheduled services are geared toward support after normal business hours. We ask that you schedule these services in advance. |

Scheduled Service offerings include: |

Post installation training assistance |
 |
Assistance with major system upgrades (may require Internet connection to your server) |

Scheduled system maintenance (may require Internet connection to your server) |
 |
Personalized workflow consultation and/or training |
 |
Pricing: $100 per hour; $250 minimum |

Payment in advance via purchase order or credit card 24-hour advanced cancellation notice is required for a refund |
